Love has left yet another scar,
I’m still unsure of why I let it in every time when I know how it ends.
Amidst the uncertainty, I’m certain it’s not meant to scar.
Something inside of me still lets me believe in it.

He couldn’t handle you so he made you believe you weren’t good enough
Now, you’re walking around with the belief that no one will ever love you
Of course, someone will

The kind you deserve
Not the tainted version he forced you to accept
Let go, hold your head high
Let him continue to walk around with his jar of insecurities
He’ll find someone else to sprinkle it on
That person shouldn’t be you anymore.
Small Minds.
Ever met a narrow-minded person?
You know that person that always views situations from a less than smart perspective? The person you let in on your goals and ambitions and they’re so quick to shut you down or belittle you. Sometimes, you’d be made to believe you’re dreaming too big. No, that’s not it. They’re thinking too small. You need to distance yourself from that type of energy. You don’t need everyone to believe in your dream or understand it. If you believe in yourself and understand what you’re trying to achieve, that’s more than enough. It might not make sense to a lot of people but that’s okay. Don’t dream any less because of words out of a small mind.

Believe.
The moments we forget about our struggles are the happiest ones. Don’t let your problems cast a shadow over your life. The findings of yesterday might be the reason why today is so blurry. Should you also let tomorrow go by the same way? The change you make today automatically changes the outcome of tomorrow. Does your future have any significance to you? Do you think so much about it that you can’t even understand your thoughts anymore? Maybe you’ll end up along the line of your thoughts. Maybe not. You’ll never understand God’s plan for you until you actually let him take control. He’s the author and finisher of our faith so why not let him take control? He’ll make a way obviously. All you have to do is believe. Never try to plan or go ahead of God. You’ll always take the wrong turn when you rely on your own understanding.
